Please read before contacting

  • Once we receive your wax ring back in the post, you will receive an email from us. We will process your order and clean up any wax drips ready to be cast. Please allow for delays we’re currently taking around 2 weeks to process waxes.

  • We provide 2 practice rings for you to test distance and time over the candle. Its okay to get this one wrong. If it happens on the second ring, you will need to purchase more moulds from the website.

  • We aim to dispatch your Lumin kit within a couple of days of your order. You will receive an email confirmation once shipped.

  • If you’re purchasing a U.K. ring kit, you will be provided with a pre-paid envelope and tin to send your wax ring back to us in. If you’re outside the U.K. it is your responsibility to return back to us. Please send back in the protective tin provided and include your registration form.

  • Yes, you need to know this when placing an order. We do offer a free ring sizer on the following link. Free Ring Sizer

    If you select the incorrect ring size, please let us know before we dispatch the kit. So we can amend your order to the correct ring size. If you have received the kit and you have selected the incorrect ring size, additional wax designs will need to be bought separately.

  • Yes we do. Here are all the countries we ship to: United Kingdom, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway , Poland, Portugal, Spain and United States.

  • You will have a choice of either 9ct gold or sterling silver.

  • You have 6 months to use the kit. you can still use your kit after the 6 months, however there will be an additional £25 fee to cover the costs of the fluctuating metal prices.

  • You will complete your ring and send it back to us. Please expect to wait around 4 weeks for your jewellery to be cast in sterling silver and 6 weeks for your 9ct gold. Gold takes longer due to hallmarking requirements.

  • If you have ordered the wrong wax size for a Lumin Kit. You will need to purchase additional waxes in the correct size. When returning your design, please include a note confirming the new size.
